We are looking for a talented Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team. The Sr Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for our customers and prospects, bridging the gap between our product and the customer’s business needs. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Solution Design & Implementation:
    • Analyze customer needs and architect scalable, efficient solutions, proofs of concept that solve their business challenges and execute product demos to augment the Sales process.
    • Develop and maintain detailed technical proposals, including integration plans, configuration guides, and technical documentation.
    • Work with the customer’s technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our SaaS solution with their existing systems.
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback based on customer needs, helping to shape future product development.
    • Work with the customer success team to ensure customers are satisfied post-sale and to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
    • Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to resolve any integration or functionality issues.
  3. Technical Leadership & Expertise:
    • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure you can offer the best possible solutions to customers.
    • Provide thought leadership by contributing to technical blogs, webinars, or white papers.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups as needed to represent the company and stay ahead of market changes.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a technical role (solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting), preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and systems integration.
  • Experience working with web technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to create cohesive solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and events as required.
  • Technical expertise in SaaS and cloud-based solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Customer-first approach with a focus on delivering value
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or backend development.
