- Solution Design & Implementation:
- Analyze customer needs and architect scalable, efficient solutions, proofs of concept that solve their business challenges and execute product demos to augment the Sales process.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical proposals, including integration plans, configuration guides, and technical documentation.
- Work with the customer’s technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our SaaS solution with their existing systems.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback based on customer needs, helping to shape future product development.
- Work with the customer success team to ensure customers are satisfied post-sale and to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to resolve any integration or functionality issues.
- Technical Leadership & Expertise:
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure you can offer the best possible solutions to customers.
- Provide thought leadership by contributing to technical blogs, webinars, or white papers.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups as needed to represent the company and stay ahead of market changes.
- 5-7 years of experience in a technical role (solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting), preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and systems integration.
- Experience working with web technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and networking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to create cohesive solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and events as required.
