- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing data architecture role.
- Experience in technical discovery, consultative solutioning, and value-based technical selling to map enterprise business goals to data architectures.
- Experience writing SQL and Python, working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and navigating containerization platforms like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience engaging with, presenting to, and influencing both technical stakeholders and executive leaders across complex organizations.

Responsibilities- Drive the technical win for complex enterprise accounts, leading deep technical discovery, value-based sales presentations, and competitive positioning from evaluation through deal conversion.
- Design, build, and deliver high-impact proof-of-value (PoV) prototypes, tailored solution architectures, and whiteboarding workshops that clearly articulate Neo4j’s unique value proposition and ROI.
- Partner closely with hyperscalers, systems integrators, and strategic ISVs to architect joint data solutions, execute co-sell initiatives, and deliver technical enablement programs.
- Act as a cross-functional technical orchestrator, collaborating with internal sales teams on opportunity qualification and ensuring a seamless architectural handoff to Professional Services and implementation partners.
- Champion Neo4j’s technology in the market by contributing to thought leadership, delivering technical webinars, authoring blogs, and speaking at industry conferences and local developer community events.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and partner events as required to run technical workshops and advance strategic engagements.
