As a UKI Senior Solutions Consultant you will provide support for sales thought leadership, points of view and opinion pieces concerning Intelligent Automation, BPM, Agents and AI capabilities across UKI and inspire the wider team of solution consultants, our partners and our customers in the benefits of these capabilities when applied in a business context. Partnering with the regional Sales teams and broader ecosystem partners you will help drive larger revenue sales opportunities than possible without these aligned technologies and maximise SS&C Blue Prism’s business in the UKI region.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Support strategic company initiatives that align our solutions to key industry trends such as (but not limited to) IA, Agents, AI including the role of Gen AI in the Future of Work, BPM, blockchain, Edge and Cloud and human/digital unified workforces.
  • Establish and build a strong connection with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to support go-to-market strategies and sales cycles, contribute to marketing campaigns and develop regional thought leadership activities, including speaking with press and presenting at industry conferences.
  • Align with SS&C Blue Prism’s Corporate and Product Marketing teams to make sure our messaging reflects our priorities based on knowledge gained from UKI customer executives.
  • Act as executive sponsor for key customers throughout the UKI region, to build strategic partnerships and to share the SS&C Blue Prism’s product vision, implementation methodology, innovation roadmap and industry experience.
  • Deliver innovative, end-to-end designs and solutions in line with our client’s transformation strategies and architecture standards
  • Drive greater customer scale through strategic engagements that lead to the adoption of SS&C Blue Prism’s products, services and best practices.
  • Synthesise and amplify key product priorities from our UKI customers with a specific focus on achieving enterprise scale and influence our global product roadmap accordingly.
  • Support sales enablement efforts by influencing how sales teams deliver the product vision and IA thought leadership.
  • Influence our Partnering strategy to ensure we develop strong regional technology and delivery partnerships to expand and complement our product capabilities.
  • Engage in Intelligent Automation communities and relevant networks in the region

What You Will Bring:

  • Passion for Agents and AI Technologies and how they can be exploited using SS&C Blue Prism
  • Collaborative mindset with colleagues / partners / customers
  • Investigative imagination, thorough methodical and research oriented
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal
  • Extensive experience in Pre-Sales and/or Solution Consulting capacity as well as building and supporting direct and indirect channel strategies
  • Proven track-record as a top-performing individual
  • Confident individual willing to defend and articulate business imperatives according to a strategic view
  • Proven ability to learn new technology and product capabilities
  • Working with Product Team to advise and bring solutions to market seamlessly and with agility
  • Good stakeholder management skills – ability to work collaboratively in a fast moving and complex environment
  • Strong commercial aptitude – sales discipline, qualification principles, sales process & methodology
  • A proven history of Enterprise software sales to blue chip companies
  • Meaningful sales experience in selling with and through global Systems Integrators
  • A strong appreciation of Enterprise software values and associated buyer behaviour
