Trulioo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing expert guidance on our Global Identity Platform. You will work closely with prospective Enterprise clients to understand their needs, demonstrate how Trulioo's solutions can address their challenges, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales implementation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their requirements and pain points.
- Present tailored product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of Trulioo's solutions.
- Design and execute proof of concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and value of Trulioo’s solutions in real-world scenarios.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is communicated and incorporated into product development.
- Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation and sales collateral.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to showcase Trulioo's offerings.
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, preferably in the identity verification, regtech or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of identity verification, KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and related regulatory requirements.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Familiarity in JSON, RESTful API’s, native and web based SDK’s would be desirable.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
