This isn't just a support role; you are the technical owner of the sales cycle for our most strategic Commercial opportunities in India. You will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, helping customers navigate the shift to LLMs and automated service environments while driving proactive customer happiness.

Who we’re looking for?

We are seeking a sales-focused technologist who thrives in front of Enterprise, Commercial and Mid-market executives. You are someone who views a complex business problem not as a hurdle, but as a puzzle to be solved with elegant code and strategic architecture. You possess the "pre-sales sixth sense"—the ability to anticipate technical objections before they are voiced and the interpersonal skill to convince C-level leaders of a solution's merit.

What you’ll be doing
  • Technical Lead: Take ownership of the prime technical relationship with prospects to drive satisfaction by managing and delivering technical information both onsite and virtually.

  • Solution Architecting: Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to act as the technical bridge between our team and prospects.

  • Proof of Concept (PoC): Scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and high-impact technical demonstrations that map business requirements to technical solutions.

  • AI Evangelism: Educate customers on the impact of AI technologies, such as LLMs and ChatGPT, on the modern customer service landscape.

  • Cross functional Collaboration: Partner with x-functional teams to influence new product development based on solution scoping and field feedback.

What you bring to the role?
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Outstanding ability to meet business requirements with technical solutions and influence product development.

  • Interpersonal Excellence: Superior communication, persuasion, and presentation skills, with a passion for people.

  • Technical Versatility: Deep knowledge of SaaS business applications and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON).

  • Strategic Domain Expertise: Understanding of the India market and awareness of peripheral technologies like CCaaS and Design-Based Thinking.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of client facing Pre-sales experience.

  • Strong proficiency in web/scripting technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON).

  • Proven experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.

  • Experience managing Customer Pilots and Proof of Concepts.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Ability to travel to engage with customers onsite.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, BI, or Data Warehousing.

  • Graduate degree is a plus.

  • Previous experience implementing enterprise-class software solutions or moderating Design-Based Thinking sessions.
