How do you translate complex business needs into elegant technical solutions that deliver real impact? As a Solution Architect on our Professional Services team, you’ll be the trusted technical advisor helping world-class customers unlock the full power of Coveo’s relevance technology.
You’ll work at the intersection of business, technology, and people, guiding customers through the design and delivery of intelligent search, recommendations and generative AI experiences that transform how they operate. From discovery to go-live, you’ll shape projects that matter.
As one of our Solution Architect, you will:- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business challenges and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation of Coveo’s AI relevance platform across customer digital ecosystems.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leaders, to align business goals and technology standards.
- Guide customers through best practices in governance, planning, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage requirements, maintain clear documentation, and support delivery teams using Agile methodologies.
- Partner with Coveo product management and customer success teams to share feedback and improve future implementations.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or similar client-facing technical roles
- Proven experience delivering software or cloud implementation projects in a professional services or consulting context
- Strong organizational skills and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business teams as well as executive stakeholders
- Experience working with cloud, AI and hosted solutions such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or commerce platforms
- Background in customer-facing consulting roles, with a strong advisor mindset
- Ability to write simple scripts in Python or similar programming languages
- Experience with Salesforce or commerce platforms, with certification considered a strong asset
