About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Solutions Architect with deep expertise in SaaS-based Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), connected-vehicle platforms, and cloud-native automotive systems. Serving as a trusted technical advisor, you will partner with global OEMs and ecosystem partners to architect scalable, secure, and resilient SDV solutions using the Sibros Deep Connected Platform. In this role, you will bridge technical capabilities with business strategy across vehicle-to-cloud connectivity, edge-to-cloud data pipelines, digital twins, predictive maintenance, and over-the-air (OTA) update programs.
What You'll Do- Drive Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for Automotive OEM accounts across India, EU, and Japan, engaging directly with engineering leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Architect Scalable Platforms: Architect and design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions for industry-specific workloads, including connected vehicle systems and SDV data platforms.
- Execute Pre-Sales & PoCs: Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements, conduct architectural reviews, and actively support customer RFP processes to de-risk production deployments and drive key opportunities through to closure.
- Lead Custom Solutions: Lead and manage a team of developers to design and deliver custom, customer-focused solutions, leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve development speed, quality, and innovation.
- Bridge Enterprise Systems: Direct integrations with enterprise software ecosystems, including MES, PLM, After Sales Systems, SAP, and custom cloud integration workflows.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with customer engineering teams as well as internal Sibros Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Customer Success teams to translate business objectives into deployable technical solutions.
- Domain & Systems Expertise: 15+ years of experience across specific technology domain areas, including software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, networking, security, and data analytics.
- Architecture & Design: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, or consulting on complex cloud applications and infrastructure architectures.
- Automotive Data Infrastructure: Working knowledge of real-time and batch data processing at scale, using technologies like MQTT, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, time-series databases, and data analytics tools applied to connected vehicles.
- Cloud & Edge Technologies: Working knowledge of major hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, GCP), IoT/edge computing, data lakes, AI/ML, HPC, and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Proven capability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and non-technical executive stakeholders.
- Cross-Domain Integration: Hands-on experience integrating cloud-native SDV architectures with legacy OEM software and enterprise enterprise backends (PLM, MES, SAP).
- Team & Innovation Management: Background in leading developer teams with a modern focus on AI-assisted development tooling to accelerate release cycles.
- Global OEM Exposure: Familiarity navigating complex multi-region technical requirements and delivery models across India, EU, and Japan markets.

Skills Required
- 15+ years of experience across software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, networking, security, and data analytics
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, or consulting on complex cloud applications and infrastructure architectures
- Working knowledge of real-time and batch data processing at scale
- Experience or working knowledge with MQTT, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, time-series databases, and data analytics tools applied to connected vehicles
- Working knowledge of AWS or GCP, IoT and edge computing, data lakes, AI/ML, HPC, and DevOps or CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Hands-on experience integrating cloud-native SDV architectures with legacy OEM systems and enterprise backends such as PLM, MES, and SAP
- Experience leading developer teams using AI-assisted development tooling
- Familiarity with multi-region technical requirements and delivery models across India, the EU, and Japan
