What You’ll Do

Lead the identification of operational inefficiencies, design enterprise automation strategies, and oversee implementation of technology solutions across the organization. This is a senior-level role bridging business strategy and technical execution, responsible for driving digital transformation, managing technology projects from concept to completion, and delivering measurable productivity and efficiency gains organization-wide.

This position performs duties independently and collaboratively to ensure solutions align with organizational standards, security requirements, and strategic objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional assessments to identify business needs, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and optimize enterprise software solutions, automated workflows, and collaboration platforms.
  • Manage technology projects from planning through implementation, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, road-maps, specifications, and system architecture.
  • Establish governance, security, permissions, and compliance standards in partnership with IT and organizational leadership.
  • Test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve technology solutions throughout their life-cycle.
  • Lead end-user training, change management, and adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and manage technology vendors, platforms, integration's, contracts, and statements of work.
  • Monitor project performance and solution effectiveness using KPIs and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to leadership on automation strategy, technology capabilities, project prioritization, and emerging solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support long-term sustainability.
  • Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and conflict of interest standards.

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Five or more years of experience in solutions architecture, business process automation, or enterprise systems design, including at least three years managing technology projects. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or platform-specific automation certifications are preferred.

  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise automation and collaboration solutions.
  • Healthcare or other regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience evaluating, integrating, and supporting third-party software platforms.
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops and collaborating with executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of EHR and ERP systems, healthcare workflows, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD).
  • Understanding of HIPAA, NIST, security, and data governance principles.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and change management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation in a fast-paced environment.
