As a Salesforce Solutions Senior Analyst you will be accountable for the end-to-end implementation, development, and continuous improvement of Salesforce initiatives including platform design and governance, and partners with the Director of Sales Operations to obtain approval prior to deploying Salesforce enhancements.
This role partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and IT to translate business needs into scalable system solutions that enable pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and operational execution. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, emphasizing solution delivery, adoption, and governance rather than certification-based administration. The Salesforce Solutions Senior Analyst is accountable for platform outcomes, adoption, and scalability, operating as a business systems owner rather than a transactional support role.
What You'll Do
- Own Salesforce functional design, configuration, and roadmap aligned to business strategy
- Translate business requirements into scalable workflows, data models, and automation
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements (requirements, design, testing, deployment)
- Establish and enforce governance standards, data integrity, and system documentation
- Design dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to support leadership decision-making
- Coordinate integrations with adjacent enterprise systems and manage enhancement backlog/prioritization
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management
- Coordinate and lead UAT, release readiness, and sandbox management
- Resolve complex system issues, manage escalation paths, and recommend continuous improvements
- Enable Salesforce as a strategic decision-support platform, including accurate pipeline, probability, and forecasting methodologies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a must
- 3+ years experience of hands-on working with Salesforce in a business-facing role
- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations or major enhancements
Preferred Characteristics:
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce deployments
- Experience in asset-intensive, industrial, or complex operational environments
- Exposure to global or distributed sales organizations
- Familiarity with BI tools integrated with Salesforce (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience operating in a solution-owner or platform-lead capacity
- Experience supporting, configuring, or implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in a business or enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills
