Responsible for defining and documenting vision, functional requirements and design using solution management tools and processes. This role will be focused on Netsmart AlphaCollector platform. Netsmart AlphaCollector is a leading cloud-based collection automation platform purpose-built to increase collection rates.
Responsibilities
- Define market requirements for current and future solution sets by independently conducting sophisticated market research supported by on-going visits to clients, non-clients and community stakeholders
- Communicate comprehensive solution strategy, plans and roadmaps.
- Manage breadth of inter-related solution roadmaps and scope based on a detailed understanding of needs, requirements and resources.
- Work with engineering teams to deliver exceptional features from detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Create and lead strategies to conduct competitive analysis to determine product features and pricing.
- Develop and implement company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Lead partnership with solution marketing to define initiatives to create demand within key market verticals and horizontal markets including trade shows, direct marketing, web marketing, and solution training.
- This position is hybrid and based in Overland Park, KS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field.
- At least 7 years of solution or product management experience
- At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience
- At least 3 years of Agile development work experience
