Get to Know the Role
The Senior Solution Specialist, Finance Systems, will report to the Delivery Lead. You will work closely with IT teams and business users to understand pain points and current business processes. You will be responsible for translating business needs into future application requirements or process changes. This role is instrumental in managing enhancements within ERP landscapes, specifically focusing on Order to Cash processes.
This is a hybrid role, and the office is in Pasig City.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will:
- Collaborate with users to gather, analyze, and standardize requirements, performing fit-gap analysis against existing system functionality.
- Evaluate business processes, perform requirements analysis, and develop and implement solutions to anticipate areas for improvement.
- Make recommendations on configuration and deployment lifecycles to ensure project success, serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Effectively communicate insights and solution plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement within Finance and Procurement by identifying process and data lifecycle gaps and implementing relevant platform release updates.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Oracle ERP Cloud Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
- Full Lifecycle Project Management: Experience managing at least two full life cycle projects, specifically leading end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP applications in Order to Cash modules.
- Configuration Knowledge: Proficiency in configuring Oracle Finance Cloud components (Receivables, Advanced Collections, Revenue Management, Credit Management) and Oracle Order Management Cloud (Order Management, Inventory).
- Change Management: Strong knowledge in managing change and enhancement request lifecycles, including configuration, development, SIT/UAT, and release packaging.
- Documentation Skills: Experience preparing design documents, user guides, and training materials.
- Impact Analysis: Ability to assess the impact of enhancements on other processes and data points within the ERP system.
