Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) aims to be a technology leader that provides predictive and seamless experiences to all Grab employees (Grabbers). We are a diverse team of technology practitioners looking to outserve Grabbers with positive, personalised IT experiences, and we are looking for individuals with similar customer-centric and values to join our growing team.

Get to know the Role

As a Senior Solution Specialist, Finance Systems, reporting to the Delivery Lead, you will collaborate with IT teams and our users to understand their challenges and current business processes. Your role involves translating these needs into future application requirements or process improvements, working with both internal and external vendors to design solutions.

You will bring experience in managing project and change request enhancements within ERP landscapes, in Order To Cash processes. Experience in areas such as Procure To Pay (P2P) and Record To Report (R2R) is valued. We encourage experienced candidates who have contributed to Financial Systems and Warehouse Management systems in global organisations to apply!

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Partner with users to gather, analyze, and standardize requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis and recommending enhancements to partners.
• Evaluate and refine business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Recommend configurations and deployment strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Communicate insights and solutions to cross-functional teams and management, ensuring alignment with our needs.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users, prioritising initiatives to meet our requirements.
• Champion continuous improvement in Finance, Procurement, and GTS, identifying gaps and leveraging new platform offerings to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 5 years of senior-level experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, including knowledge of its suite, module interactions, and third-party applications.
• Experience in leading at least two full life cycle projects in Order to Cash modules, with expertise in configuring Oracle Finance Cloud (Receivables, Collections, Revenue Management, Credit Management) and Order Management Cloud (Order Management, Inventory).
• Experience with change management processes within WMS and Financial ERP, including enhancement lifecycles, impact analysis, and prioritisation.
• Experience in creating design documents, user guides, and training materials, and supporting the delivery of quarterly Oracle Fusion system upgrades.
• Collaborative, with the ability to assess impacts of process enhancements and to mitigate risks.
• Knowledge of Procure To Pay (P2P), Record To Report (R2R), EPM, MDM, financial reporting tools (OTBI, BI), and COSO & COBIT frameworks.
