nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.

Curious Minds. Bold Ideas. Extraordinary Impact.
We’re transforming financial services through bold innovation and relentless execution. You bring the ideas and drive. We’ll build what’s next — together.

nCino’s Smart Solutions team helps banks, insurers and financial institutions get more from their nCino platform after go-live — building out data-driven configurations, and delivering repeatable services that evolve alongside their needs.

You'll be joining the Smart Solutions team within nCino's Professional Services function — a team that works directly with banking and financial institution clients to scope, configure, and deliver data-driven solutions after go-live. The work sits at the intersection of financial services and technology: you'll need to understand how banks and lenders operate, get to grips with their data, and translate that into structured, repeatable solutions. If you've worked in or around banking, lending, or financial services software and want to move into a more consultative, client-facing role, this is a strong stepping stone.

This is an opportunity with real depth — the right candidate will grow into full end-to-end ownership of scoping and delivery over time. This role suits someone analytical, curious, and comfortable in client-facing conversations — not a project manager or a traditional sales person, but someone who enjoys getting into the detail of a problem and making sense of it.

What You’ll Do
  • Running discovery and requirements-gathering conversations with existing nCino customers

  • Translating customer needs into clear, structured briefs that Smart Solutions specialists can act on

  • Scoping engagements and contributing to Statements of Work and service proposals

  • Building an understanding of Smart Solutions capabilities — rules management, configuration, data outputs — to match requirements to solutions

  • Managing ongoing service relationships where delivery recurs quarterly or more frequently, ensuring solutions stay aligned with changes in customer infrastructure

  • Collaborating with Sales, Enterprise Relationship Management, and Product teams to represent customer requirements and feed back into product development

Ideally You’ll Have:
  • Experience working with financial data — ideally within banking, lending, financial services, or a software company serving those sectors.

  • A background in business analysis, requirements gathering, or scoping — you're comfortable translating what a client needs into something structured and actionable.

  • Experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role, where you've had to ask the right questions, manage expectations, and communicate clearly.

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and how they're configured or implemented — you don't need to be technical, but comfort with data and systems is essential.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you'll produce clear documentation and interact directly with clients.

  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail — this role involves working with structured financial data sets and identifying patterns or gaps.

Nice to have:

  • Prior exposure to KYC, KYB, credit, or commercial lending processes.

  • Experience with any financial services software (core banking, loan origination, treasury, or similar).

  • Familiarity with post-implementation support or managed services environments.

In Return, We’re Offering
  • Company pension — 6% employer contribution

  • 25 days’ paid holiday plus volunteer days

  • Private medical insurance

  • Life insurance and group income protection

  • Cycle to work and gym membership salary sacrifice schemes

  • Perkbox — discounts, free coffee, and more

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan

  • Employee Assistance Programme

We’re proud to build a workplace where everyone belongs. At nCino, diversity isn’t a box to tick — it’s a source of strength. We actively foster an inclusive environment where people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences can do their best work and grow.
