System Integration Engineer - Cloud Core Exposure Survey- System Integration
About this opportunity:
The purpose is to define the responsibilities, profile/competence, and major working interface of CCES System Integration Engineer.
This role description is applicable to System Integration Engineer for BCSS SD CN SDU SL Core Networks - Flow Domain1 - Exposure - CCES SD.
CCES SD (Service Delivery) is dedicated product expert team to work on CCES (Cloud Core Exposure Server) e2e service delivery from SDU CN FD1-Exposure.
CCES SD supports Market Area and CU directly on CCES pre-sales, deployment by product expertise. Meanwhile, CCES SD having close collaboration with CCES RND, to fulfil product quality door and product enhancement/improvement.
What you will do:
• MOP and service delivery documentation preparation.• Product deployment, configuration and solution verification.• Support system or new solution launch for customer contract.• Troubleshooting of existing solutions on a customer site or in a lab environment.• Feedback on product improvement and product quality assurance.• Catch up product update release over release.• Continuously enhancement on delivery efficiency by automation.
The skills you bring:
• 3-9 years' experience in Telecom and/or IT Industry on IoT/NBIoT or network capability exposure domain.• Good knowledge on Dockers and Kubernetes environments.• Good knowledge in Helm and orchestration through Kubernetes for deployment.• Good knowledge on OS (SUSE Linux, etc..) and Cloud technologies (OpenShift, OpenStack, VMware Tanzu, etc..)• Strong knowledge of Diameter communication.• Knowledge of RESTful call and understanding of IoT call flows, NIDD/ IP data delivery call flows. • Ansible automation, Bash, Python or other scripting language.• Strong knowledge of IP networking and Internet technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Diameter,Rx,T6a,S6a and T4)• Database knowledge (Cassandra, Redis, PostgreSQL) and knowledge in DB scripting/ optimization.• Strong knowledge of network management and provisioning (XML, SNMP, NETCONF).• Have experience on IoT devices.• Highly desirable to have the following:• Experience in Solution Integration activities in SCEF/CCES.• Knowledge and experience in Kubernetes, Cloud Native.• Knowledge and Integration interface of - 4G HSS/MME/PCRF, 5G UDM/AMF/PCF/UDR/BSF/SMF/ENL and OSS systems, Billing (prepaid and post-paid) systems, other messaging nodes.• Has worked with and understands Wireshark or another TCP/IP protocol analyzers.
