What You Will Do
- Install and deploy Ericsson Wallet Platform in customer and local environments.
- Integrate Ericsson Wallet Platform with internal and external systems and nodes.
- Perform white-box and black-box testing in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Prepare, execute, and validate unit test cases.
- Configure solutions in test and customer environments.
- Prepare and maintain Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation.
- Produce test reports, result reports, and support troubleshooting activities as required.
- Work closely with solution architects and business analysts to understand business requirements and contribute to solution design.
- Identify opportunities to evolve and monetize existing solutions by designing new offerings for customers and accounts.
- Report progress and status of assigned activities to Solution Architects and customer project managers.
- Drive continuous self-development, including learning new solution areas and obtaining relevant certifications.
- Support offshore and onsite activities globally, depending on customer location and business needs.
- Provide support across customer time zones, including night production activities, when required.
You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; a Master's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, including active involvement in customer governance.
- Hands-on experience with product deployment in public cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker-based deployments.
- Solid experience with Linux/UNIX environments, including shell scripting and TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of technologies such as DIAMETER, SMPP, HTTP, Oracle, MySQL, XML APIs, clustering, IP networking, and client-server architectures.
- Experience with Ericsson systems and technologies such as Ericsson Wallet Platform, Charging Systems, CAMEL, or similar fintech solutions.
- Ability to prepare Test Object Lists (TOL) and execute structured testing activities.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively based on business requirements.
- Strong initiative, fast learning capability, and a self-driven, task-oriented mindset.
- Excellent collaboration skills and strong team spirit.
- Insight into market and technology evolution, particularly within fintech, with the ability to translate trends into practical business opportunities.
- High level of accountability, autonomy, and effective time management across a broad scope of responsibilities.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, complex, and uncertain environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
