Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Solution Engineer, Small & Medium Business in New York, NY:

Job Duties: Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Facilitate outcome-focused dialogue to understand and define a customer’s business requirements by conducting discovery calls. Partner with customers to develop a vision for their future on the Salesforce platform for both short- and long-term goals. Configure and present the art of the possible on our platform through a demonstration. Participate in trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain skill sets. Understand customer's business goals and map those to the right technology solutions on the Salesforce platform and within our ecosystem of partners. Collaborate as part of a team to solve business and technical problems. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices and various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States may be required. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Marketing, Sales, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Marketing, Sales, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. 

Special Skill Requirements: (1) HTML and CSS; (2) Sales Cloud; (3) Service Cloud; (4) Mulesoft; (5) Data Cloud; (6) Salesforce AppExchange (2 years); (7) APIs (2 years); (8) Integration methodologies (2 years); (9) Software architecture principles; (10) Data analysis; (11) Data visualization; (12) Data transformation techniques. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices and various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States may be required. 

Salary: $152,859.00 - $161,910.00 per annum.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $152,859 to $161,910.For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $152,859 to $161,910.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $152,859 to $161,910.For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $152,859 to $161,910.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $152,859 to $161,910.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $152,859 to $161,910.For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $152,859 to $161,910.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $152,859 to $161,910.For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $152,859 to $161,910.
