Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be part of our global IT department and responsible for implementing and maintaining applications for AI chatbots as well as scalable web applications.
- Support the implementation of a web application that provides AI services such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and other machine learning–based capabilities.
- Implement authentication and authorization workflows in accordance with company standards.
- Operate our cloud-based Kubernetes platforms, primarily on AWS (EKS) and Azure (AKS).
- Create Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates to deploy and maintain containerized applications and cloud services.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise knowledge management systems.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements, including third-party services and APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and updates.
- Document solution architectures, integration patterns, and operational procedures.
- Completed a university degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Hands-on experience with operating Kubernetes platform services such as EKS (AWS) or AKS (Azure).
- At least 2–3 years of experience deploying, operating, and maintaining web applications in containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Familiarity with core Kubernetes components such as ingress controllers.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy and internal access control, while experience with LLM backends would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish language skills would be a plus.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
