The Role

Senior PreSales Solution Engineer | Acadia

Join Epicor as a Senior PreSales Consultant —a trusted advisor, solution strategist, and dynamic presenter who brings our ERP vision to life for customers and prospects. In this high-impact role, you’ll champion Acadia, Epicor’s cutting-edge connected worker solution, part of our Strategic Solutions portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales teams (both direct and channel) to deliver deep product insights, demonstrate real-world value, and help close transformative deals. What you will be doing:

  • Communicate with the sales team on new business opportunities, translate client’s technical requirements to solution, drive the value discussions, deliver custom demonstrations, and implement technical proofs-of-concept.

  • Conduct value presentation of our connected worker product, manage POC and trial processes with the clients.

  • Establish outstanding business relationships and partnerships with the clients by demonstrating a high level of technical expertise, understand performance characteristics and establish credibility with the clients.

  • Influence target clients by presenting company products values and benefits and by demonstrating product architectures and assisting with technology alignment.

  • Gather requirements and present to Product Development team.

  • Coach and mentor Solution Engineers as part of cross-training and enablement initiatives, ensuring consistent and high standards of value delivery.

  • Travel > 30%

What you'll likely bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience

  • Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales

  • Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, retail or finance industry

  • Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations

  • Exposure to ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs).

  • 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge. Connected worker experience preferred

  • 2+ years of specialized/industry

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Range:

Minimum: $70,000 USD Maximum: $200,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
