Are you eager to take the next step in your career as a Lead Consultant in cutting-edge integration technologies? We are looking for a (Senior) Kafka Consultant to join our team and take a key role in designing and developing state-of-the-art streaming solutions and real-time data products. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background in software development, systems integration, and a deep understanding of the Apache Kafka.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and developing streaming solutions and real-time data products
Work with Confluent Cloud to ensure scalable and efficient data streaming with high volume
Develop and enhance data products and async APIs ecosystem
Provide technical assistance and collaborate with other teams which use real-time data products and async APIs.
Must-have Skills & Experience:
Proven experience with Apache Kafka
Hands-on experience with stream processing tools (Flink, KSQL, or Kafka Streams)
Experience with Kafka source and sink Connectors
Experience with Kafka Schema Registry and JSON schemas
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
Useful Skills (Preferred):
Experience with Confluent Cloud
Experience with REST and async APIs usage and best practices
Proficiency in Java, Scala or Python
Familiarity with databases and CDC
Familiarity with logging & monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk)
Familiarity with Terraform and Kubernetes
Experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, GitHub and Jenkins
Strong teamwork and customer-facing skills.
