Job requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in software engineering or solution architecture, including a minimum of 3 years in a lead or senior architect role.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade systems within financial services, banking, wealth management, or insurance.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Native architectures, including containerisation, Kubernetes, service mesh, and serverless technologies, as well as Cloud Agnostic approaches for multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud deployments.
- Strong expertise in modern technology stacks, including event-driven architectures, microservices, APIs, and DevSecOps.
- Solid knowledge of data engineering and data architecture, including data pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and streaming technologies, combined with experience integrating AI/ML into production environments.
- Proficiency with architectural modelling tools and frameworks such as C4 Model, PlantUML, Structurizr, or ArchiMate.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying on-premises and hybrid infrastructure solutions in highly regulated environments.
- Proven ability to design and deliver fixed-price or outcome-based projects while balancing scope, quality, and timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams.
