The Workflow Design Studio helps customers imagine what's next - and make it real. We co-innovate with customers to reimagine how work gets done through the power of the Now Platform and AI. Our Studio brings together designers, architects, and developers in fast, high-impact engagements that blend human-centered design, rapid prototyping, and deep technical expertise.

The Role
We're looking for a Senior Solution Architect who can connect big ideas to real impact. You'll sit at the intersection of technology, design, and business - helping customers co-create a shared vision of their future on the Now Platform. You'll architect innovative, scalable solutions that show how AI and emerging technologies can transform how people work.

What You'll Do• Co-create the future: Partner directly with customers to design and prototype solutions that tackle their biggest challenges using our Lean Co-Innovation approach.• Shape the story: Translate business goals into platform possibilities, connecting the dots between user needs, AI, workflows, and outcomes that matter.• Architect with agility: Collaborate with developers and designers to build high-impact prototypes that show ServiceNow AI Platform's potential in action.• Lead from empathy: Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions that bring together executives, frontline users, and technical teams to uncover insights and align around shared goals.• Bridge vision and delivery: Work closely with sales, solution consulting, and partners to ensure a smooth transition from concept to implementation - helping customers realize value fast.• Explore what's next: Stay ahead of emerging tech, AI capabilities, and ServiceNow releases - and bring fresh thinking to every engagement.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For• 5+ years designing or architecting enterprise solutions that combine business vision with technical depth.• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (architecture, implementation, or strategic platform ownership).• Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers for using AI and Automation technologies.• Strong communication and storytelling skills - you know how to make the complex feel clear, whether you're talking to developers or C-suite leaders.• Proven ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business language and practical applications for both technical and non-technical audiences.• Workshop facilitation skills with a knack for reading the room and building trust quickly.• A passion for learning - you're curious about new technologies (especially AI) and quick to connect them to customer value.• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting on the fly - you see opportunity where others see "too messy."• Collaborative, empathetic, and driven by impact.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $162,600 - $284,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
