Leading supply chain and omnichannel commerce experts, Manhattan Associates are looking for a Senior TMS ( Transport Management) Solution Architect to act as Subject Matter expert in Transport Management System (TMS) for our EMEA region in our expanding organisation.

We offer the flexibility for this position to be based from any of our European offices. This role will be joining a new team backed by our global leading technology.

TMS Senior Business Solution Architect/ TMS Design Architect role:

  • Lead the delivery of Manhattan Transportation Management projects. Ensure the overall success of an implementation from inception to installation, including managing project scope, design, deliverables, issue escalation and resolution.
  • Ensure the development of professional client relationships, client satisfaction and referencability.
  • Manage means by which to quantify metrics for success at go-live and thereafter.
  • Identify critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and drive issues to closure, identify potential ‘optimization’ opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross function teams including Sales, Product Management and Marketing.


Minimum requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelors equivalent degree in supply chain, logistics, computer science, engineering, business or a related field.
  • Experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization including 3PL, transportation area or TMS vendor or a final client company.
  • Up to 50 % travel required.
  • Consulting experience in transport management field (TMS).
  • Strong interest in technical field.
  • Good understanding of WMS (warehouse management systems) is a plus.

Language requirements:

  • Fluent English and other European languages desirable.
