Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Deliver the overall architecture and detailed design for implementing solutions for our sales performance management platforms in line with business needs, functionality, and performance requirements.

  • Work in a global environment, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories and develop and design a world class connected planning solution.

  • Perform integration related activities necessary to successfully integrate GEHC SPM solutions.

  • Facilitate the use of latest techniques and technology that enhance team’s productivity. Share best practices with development team. Train team when required.

  • Participate in team meetings, introspection sessions and other group activities.

  • Document/review designs and other key development activities in accordance with established GE Healthcare and local quality processes.

  • Investigate and help resolve any complaints reported by end users

  • Participate in all scrum ceremonies and provide inputs to improve the process and performance on the scrum team at every level.

  • Good co-ordination capability within peers across cross-functional scrum teams. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.

  • Act as the change agent for the team and continuously improve both platform and processes working with the leadership team.

  • Ensure applications delivered are compliant with GE Healthcare regulations.

  • Translate existing solutions, requirements, spreadsheets and business problems into technical deliverables and execute.

  • Lead the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint

  • Participate in the Enterprise Architecture governance model. Influence technology direction at the enterprise level based on broad expertise across multiple software platforms and technologies

  • Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.

  • Understand the integration architecture in the GE Healthcare commercial ecosystem and drive best practices.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 8 years of experience

  • Hands-On Sales Performance Management design and implementation experience.

  • 5+ years of experience with Varicent

  • Led Varicent Implementations

  • Excellent Analytical, Debugging and Problem-Solving skills.

  • Experience in integrating applications

  • Good verbal/written communication skills.

  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary.

  • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Rally, confluence

  • Experience working in an agile methodology

Desired Characteristics

  • Knowledge of Anaplan & Oracle SPM tooling

  • Prior experience of working in the sales and commercial domain is preferable

  • Working knowledge of configuration choices and related cost implications; Experience with complex solution configurations.

  • SPM in Healthcare industry is a bonus

  • Experience sustaining operational stability through various life cycle phases (planning, implementation, steady state, de-commissioning)
