The Post-Sales Senior Solutions Architect role is to work with the Delivery Services organisation in ensuring we are committing to delivering solutions to customers within the functional and technical constraints of the product.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary facilitator of the Architecture & Design workshops to drive successful and streamlined implementations for external customers. 
  • Take ownership of requests within the custom work stream and drive process improvement with direction and support provided from the leadership team.
  • Act as the primary contributor to the development of Statement of Work, Change Requests and System Architecture documentation for customers within the post-sales stream.
  • Analyse business requirements and system specifications and provide strategic expertise to internal and external customers to ensure direction is aligned to business requirements
  • Analyse and solve complex system and technological problems whilst ensuring specifications align to scalability and efficiency pillars of business.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure proposed delivery schedules are achievable.
  • Be a key point of escalation for complex Deputy builds to support customers 
  • Assess and evaluate risks of proposed system architecture and design specifications as required.
  • Participation within the RFP process, leading for minor bids, supporting major bids, driving content development, revisions and final submission.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into practical applications and operational solutions.
  • High-level of technical literacy to help with the evaluation, design and documentation of technical solutions. 
  • High-level of risk management, analysis and mitigation to proactively identify areas of concern prior to commitment. 
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt to suit the appropriate audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce reports, analysis, business requirements, functional specification documents and other communications
  • Effective facilitation skills to allow for the ability to facilitate group discussions.
