(Senior) Solution Architect - E-Commerce / CMS (div/f/m)

Our specialty are digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviours to make a difference in the market. Your clients will include nationally and internationally recognized brands such as C&A, Jägermeister, Beiersdorf, Wempe and many others.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Solution Architect at DEPT®, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client’s digital architecture and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality e-commerce solutions. Your expertise will guide the development of scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that meet our clients' diverse needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance digital solutions that align with client objectives and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including project managers, developers, and UX/UI designers) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, understand client requirements, and tailor solutions that align with their business goals.
• Conduct technical evaluations and select appropriate technologies and platforms for project requirements.
• Serve as a technical expert during client meetings, confidently addressing queries and demonstrating how our solutions can solve specific business challenges.
• Work closely with project managers and the technical team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and can be successfully implemented within agreed timelines.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, promoting best practices in coding, security, and design.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a digital agency or tech company, with a strong portfolio of successful digital product and e-commerce projects.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a track record of successfully influencing senior executives.
• Expert knowledge of established e-commerce or DXP solutions such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience in a digital agency or technology-focused environment, with a broad understanding of digital trends and how they impact businesses.
• Being directly available to start working in Germany
• Working proficiency of German language
