About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Minimum 5 years of experience, as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with exposure to Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments a plus.
- Working knowledge in any integration tools (Bhoomi/MuleSoft) and related project coordination.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for sprint management and reporting.
- Proven ability to drive Agile adoption and team performance improvement.
- Experience working on integration, API-led, or middleware projects. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
It would be great if you also had
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM / PSM I or II) .

What will you do in this role?
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles to improve delivery efficiency, collaboration, and process maturity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs while tracking sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity).
- Coordinate with integration and middleware teams to align dependencies and deliverables with sprint and release goals.
- Ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment through effective communication, risk management, and reporting via Jira and Confluence.
