The Senior Solution Analyst Finance - Closing & Reporting plays a critical role in delivering finance technology solutions that support financial and management reporting processes across the organization. This position partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP-based reporting capabilities, ensuring compliance, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for finance reporting solutions.
Design scalable and sustainable technology solutions aligned with business objectives and reporting requirements.
Lead and support the implementation of finance technology solutions, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, and SAP Datasphere environments.
Partner with business and technical teams to facilitate effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and solution adoption.
Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including solution designs, implementation plans, testing results, and operational procedures.
Support end-user training, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to GxP regulations, data integrity requirements, and relevant compliance standards.
KPI:
Deliver high-quality finance reporting solutions that meet business requirements, compliance standards, and project delivery timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in technology and enterprise application environments.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and financial reporting solutions.
Experience with SAP Advanced Financial Closing (AFC), SAP Fiori Analytical Applications, SAP BW, and SAP Datasphere.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
Experience managing large-scale technology or transformation programs.
Strong expertise in solution implementation, systems integration, testing, and quality assurance.
Experience supporting Financial and Management Reporting processes, including Product Margin Reporting.
Essential Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Languages: Fluent in English.
Desirable RequirementsExperience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of GxP, regulatory compliance requirements, and data integrity standards.
