Job Summary

Senior Solution Analyst - Finance Technology ensures the successful execution of the program's objectives through thorough analysis of technical requirements.  

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation and deployment lifecycle for Workday in alignment with STEP timelines, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and hypercare support and technology governance.

  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented.

  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution designs that align with business objectives, leveraging different technologies.

  • Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Integration: Ensure seamless system integration, addressing any technical challenges that may arise.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, implementation plans, and testing results.

  • Training and Support: Provide support for training and support activities to end-users.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

Experience:

  • Min 8 years of experience in Technology and strong SAP experience

  • Large-scale program experience

  • Requirements analysis

  • Solution design

  • Implementation management

  • Testing and quality assurance

  • Be fully competent in one of the domains:  Accounting, R2R, GL, - Product Cost Controlling, - Gross 2 Net/COPA (O2C) & Receivables Management (I2C), - Financial Planning & Forecasting, - Financial Reporting (excl. Financial Consolidation), Controlling (ERP part)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Business Administration, or related field; (Master’s degree is preferred)
