As a Software Verification Engineer at NVIDIA, you will verify the design and implementation of our pioneering Data Processing Unit Software. What you'll be doing:

  • As a member of our verification team, you'll understand the design and implementation of new features, define the verification scope, develop the verification infrastructure, administer test/coverage plans, and verify the correctness of the design

  • Create and expand automated test cases and procedures for complete functional and non-functional test coverage across many use cases and different Bluefield based products

  • Develop and implement test plans, produce automation utilities and their execution monitoring to improve feature quality and regression tests

  • Design, code, and perform tests to ensure that system requirements are being met

  • Provide technical assistance and collaborate for resolution on issues that occur

What we need to see:

  • BS degree or equivalent experience, engineering degree is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields

  • Hands on experience with the software development lifecycle, specifically for verification of embedded systems and security

  • Experience in verification using automation along with functional coverage and assertion-based verification methodologies

  • Experience with Layer 2-4 Protocols, Linux Servers (Ubuntu, Centos, and Debian), Virtual machine environments and scripting applications

  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages and proficient in python programming

  • Excellent communication and technical presentation skills

  • Strong debugging and analytical skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Proven experience including test plan and test case development, test automation, and code coverage

  • Experience testing storage and/or networking, multiple major Linux distributions (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, etc)

  • Experience in System, Performance and Scale is a plus

The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 230,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
