Job Purpose
You will be part of a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined product development and testing teams working on projects involving multiple locations (local as well as international). Your tasks will include, but not restrict to:
- Review of software requirements
- Selection of test methods/concepts
- Creation of test plans and test specifications
- Development of automated tests on HIL simulators using a Python Framework
- Measurement analysis and fault diagnosis
- Application of test metrics to obtain key figures
- Creating test protocols
- Tests during development
- Development of test environments
- Intensive exchange with the entire development team
- Handle Target Electronic HW day-in and day-out
- Lead a team of HIL test engineers. Mentor junior engineers on HIL simulation, and test automation
Frameworks
- Act as the primary interface between testing, embedded software development, systems engineering
What we are looking for:
- Good knowledge of Python
- Strong proficiency in building scalable automation frameworks with Python
- Good knowledge of electronic circuits and measuring devices
- Good knowledge of the CAN protocol and UDS diagnostics
- Good knowledge of Vector Toolchains like CANoe, CANape, VFlash
- Microcontrollers
- Knowledge of Debugging tools like UDE, Lauterbach, Segger etc and its SW like Trace32, UDE and
Ozone / JFlash or any equivalent
- Good understanding of the ASPICE process
- Profound experience in ISO26262
- Embedded C
- Polarion, JIRA, bitbucket/GIT
- Strong interpersonal skills and high intercultural social competence
- Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with teams spread geographically
and Agile in approach
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing a technical team of QA/test engineers
Key Responsibility:
Hands on experience on Cybersecurity is a plus
- Expertise in test automation toolchain (Jenkins, continuous integration, unit, module) desirable
- Experience with Battery Management Systems
