About the Role
The Admin Platform team is chartered to build the frameworks powering all application configuration and internal tools across Clari. We're responsible for the platform that enables other product teams to define, manage, and consume settings in a consistent and scalable way. In this role, you’ll design and implement test strategies and automation for a foundational platform used across the organization. You’ll work on top of frameworks provided by our test foundations team, and will be deeply involved in building robust, scalable tests that give confidence to the internal teams relying on us.
This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and executing functional, load, integration, API, and end-to-end tests to verify product quality and release readiness
- Create test strategies and test plans
- Oversee and communicate Clari product testing throughout the SDLC, collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Work with infrastructure and product engineering teams to ensure efficient automated testing
- Monitor and address daily regression test failures
- Provide mentorship to junior test engineers on best engineering practices
- Champion a culture of high quality within Clari products
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in various automation testing types, including unit, functional, load, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
- Strong experience automating the testing of REST APIs and big data using complex queries
- Experience with test frameworks and testing tools
- Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins
- Solid understanding of CI/CD and SDLC concepts, including code review best practices, code coverage analysis, and continuous test and delivery
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of data-driven testing methodologies is preferred
