  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, enabling high levels of automation, reliability, and faster release cycles

  • Collaborate effectively with global, cross‑functional teams (engineering, architecture, product, quality, and security)

  • Rapidly prototype and validate ideas, balancing speed with engineering excellence

  • Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and Responsible AI principles, especially within regulated healthcare environments

  • Take an end‑to‑end, systems‑level view of problem solving, balancing technical depth with business and user impact

  • Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies, tools, and programming paradigms

Skills & Experience Required
  • 8+ years of strong software development experience with a hands‑on coding and design background

  • Proficiency in Python and experience with .NET based systems

  • Strong experience with Cloud‑native development on AWS

  • Solid understanding and hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and container orchestration

  • Experience building high‑performance, scalable APIs and backend services

  • Exposure to UI frameworks such as React and TypeScript

  • Experience with load balancing, distributed systems, and microservices architectures

  • Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering

  • Good understanding of AI security, privacy, and Responsible AI practices

  • Passion for automation, including building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines

  • Ability to explore, experiment, and rapidly prototype new ideas and technologies

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with an end‑to‑end, holistic approach

  • Curious, continuous learner with the ability and interest to pick up new languages and evolving technologies

  • Proactive contributor who builds on ideas and challenges the status quo constructively

  • Comfortable working across geographies and time zones, with strong collaboration skills.

  • Goal‑oriented, self‑driven, and passionate about delivering high‑impact solutions

Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field

  • PhD in a relevant discipline (AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related areas) is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage
