The Big PictureAt Signals, this role delivers paid projects sold to customers—leading execution from onboarding through go-live. You will also support post-launch follow-ups and help customers achieve success in ongoing usage. You’ll leverage your experience with SaaS or on-premise implementations to balance quality and timelines.

Lead the delivery of paid projects from the customer order through implementation, including planning, progress management, and quality assurance.
Manage customer-facing engagement (requirements confirmation, issue structuring, expectation setting, and support with acceptance of deliverables).
Drive SaaS or on-premise setup, configuration, development/implementation, and migration in a way that minimizes rework.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, support, operations) and the customer to surface risks and scope changes early and support key decisions.
Perform post-launch follow-ups and provide support from a customer success perspective to help ensure continued value.
5+ years of customer-facing experience in implementing SaaS or on-premise systems.
Proven experience delivering customer projects with a focus on both delivery timelines and quality.
Ability to work in Tokyo or Osaka, with remote work also supported.
Experience delivering paid projects (from design through implementation and go-live confirmation) or equivalent end-to-end experience.
Practical experience running change management or issue management in projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience supporting customer adoption and measurable outcomes after launch through follow-ups or customer success-related work.
