Fidelity Investments Workplace Solutions (WS) organization is looking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer specializing in quality engineering to join our Stock Plan Admin QE team within Stock Plan Services (SPS) Technology tasked with leading equity compensation platform to a global market.
The Team
You will be working with a team of technologists focused on delivering Test Plan and execution, Automation, Continuous Integration and Test Data ecosystems. This role demands significant collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the lifecycle of a typical project. As a technical QE associate, you will be working directly to shape our technology vision and will have a real impact on our Workplace Solutions organization’s success.
Stock Plan Services administers equity compensation programs on behalf of public and private companies offering various compensations programs such as: Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Restricted Stock Awards/Units, Stock Option Plans, Stock Appreciation Rights and Performance based Awards. Currently SPS services over 1.6M participants employed by over 300 clients and spread out in 150 countries. The business is looking to further expand in the international equity compensation market, focused initially on western European countries and companies based there. As part of this business initiative, we are extending our capabilities to enable a truly global platform.
The Expertise You Have
6 years of relevant technical experience and experience in test planning, execution and automation
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
Well versed with QE Best Practices and Test Suite Management tools such as Jira-Xray, HP ALM etc.
Expertise in various types of testing such as functional, User experience, Cross functional products, Regression, Non-Functional etc across multiple technology stacks
Expertise in Java, TypeScript/JavaScript and well versed with automation tools such as Selenium, Jagacy, Playwright, Karate and/or Rest Assured.
Expert in test automation frameworks and demonstrate proficiency, quality and passion in your coding ability and well versed with test automation development for various technology stacks such as Mainframe, UI, API, Database
Experience with UI and Microservices Architecture, SOAP and Restful API’s, Enterprise messaging like ActiveMQ, Kafka
Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Copilot to support quality engineering practices
Experience in Stock plan services and Mainframe will be an asset

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
