- Perform and lead advanced testing activities, including functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize test automation frameworks and solutions.
- Lead defect triage sessions and drive root cause analysis to support timely issue resolution.
- Partner with engineering teams to strengthen built-in quality and improve testing practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Proven experience leading and facilitating testing activities and sessions.
- Advanced experience with test automation and quality engineering tools, including Selenium and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience working with Workday applications and integrations.
- Experience with finance business processes, including:
- Invoice-to-Cash (I2C)
