We’re looking for a Finance leader with global scope to head a high-impact FP&A team. This role drives strategic insights, ensures accurate revenue recognition, and partners with senior executives to influence key business decisions. You’ll lead forecasting, performance analysis, and process improvements that shape the financial future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly reporting for the Software Business Unit, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Deliver high-value analytics through deep dives into contracts and KPIs to improve forecasting and performance.
- Partner with Sales, Billing, and Executive Leadership to optimize revenue recognition and uncover growth drivers.
- Identify risks and opportunities in revenue streams, ensuring compliance and timely invoicing.
- Own financial performance reviews and provide strategic commentary to guide decision-making.
- Lead forecasting and trend analysis to shape forward-looking strategies.
- Champion process improvements to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor within FP&A, fostering collaboration across teams.
Tactical Responsibilities:
- Execute close activities including journal entries and variance analysis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly projections and trends (Q/Q, Y/Y).
- Support ad hoc requests and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications (Sorted by Importance):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Organizational Sciences, or related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, or business operations.
- Expertise in revenue recognition and compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.
- Strong financial modeling and data visualization (Power BI).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- MBA or Chartered Accountant / CPA (preferred)
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable.
