Engineering Leadership
- Lead and develop a global team of software engineers and technical leads.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Support hiring, coaching, mentoring, and career development activities.
- Drive engineering excellence through modern development practices.
Platform Strategy & Architecture
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Informatica IDMC and MDM platform.
- Design scalable master data solutions supporting customer identity and enterprise data management.
- Guide architecture decisions across cloud-native applications, APIs, integrations, and data services.
- Ensure high availability, resiliency, security, and performance across the platform.
Cloud, Reliability & Security
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to integrate Informatica solutions with Google Cloud Platform services.
- Establish operational metrics, service level objectives, monitoring, and incident management standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.
- Promote secure-by-design and shift-left engineering practices.
Delivery & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Data Teams, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business priorities into executable engineering plans.
- Balance innovation, technical debt reduction, platform modernization, and operational stability.
- Drive delivery of critical customer identity capabilities and data platform enhancements.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years leading engineering teams, technical programs, or enterprise platforms.
- Experience implementing and supporting Informatica MDM or equivalent enterprise master data solutions.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience designing and deploying solutions in a public cloud environment, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of enterprise data modeling, data governance, and master data management concepts.
- Experience leading delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Informatica IDMC, Customer 360, CAI, CDI, or related products.
- Cloud certifications or Informatica certifications.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and observability platforms.
- Background in financial services, customer identity, or regulated industries.
- Experience supporting globally distributed platforms and teams.
