As a Senior Software Engineering Manager within Ford Pro Intelligence, you will lead a team of talented software engineers in developing and scaling innovative solutions for our commercial customers. Ford Pro Intelligence is focused on creating a suite of connected services that optimize vehicle performance, manage charging infrastructure, and improve overall fleet operations. • Lead engineering managers who support software engineering teams that deliver end-to-end software products from conception to production for millions of drivers around the world.

- 5+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $141,700-$268,300.
For California candidates this position is a leadership level 5 and ranges from $148,800-$281,700.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
