AS A SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER IN THE APPS & COLLABORATION TEAM YOU WILL:

In partnership with the Product and Eng teams, develop product & technical strategy and vision, and be accountable for setting and delivering on your team’s ambitious goals.

Leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to attract top engineering talent, and lead the team to deliver highly impactful solutions to our partners and customers of our Application Platform, Collaboration capabilities, and the Snowflake Marketplace.

Ensure technical & operational excellence of the solutions your team builds to meet the commitments to our customers regarding reliability, availability, observability, and performance.
OUR IDEAL SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER FOR THE APPS AND COLLABORATION TEAM WILL HAVE:

10+ years industry experience designing, building and supporting full stack solutions in production.

Must have 8+ years of engineering management experience
-
Must have 5+ years of experience leading other managers and overseeing large, high-performing teams.

Strong fundamental computer science skills.
-
Previous work experience as a full stack, search ranking or distributed systems engineer.

Experience driving company cross functional initiatives towards customer satisfaction.
-
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related majors.
