Position Description:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Brink Point-of-Sale (POS) software development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with/leading an engineering team and experience mentoring less experienced members of the team.

Requirements:
6+ years of development experience using C# .Net and working with teams to build/support highly available web applications
Extensive experience working with multiple database systems
Experience working with cloud computing platforms
Ability to analyze and debug new and existing codebases
Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills
Passionate about building next-generation technologies, enjoys fast-paced environments, and loves to code
Leveraged AI coding assistants to accelerate development workflows and improving code review throughput across the team
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
Design and implement solutions based on the requirements, that are easily maintainable, deeply tested, and well thought out with clean coding practices
Act in a lead role for tasks and projects, perform peer design and code reviews, and assist in the growth of team members through mentorship
Identify and propose architecture and design optimizations, as well as potential feature adds and changes to enhance the product
Maintain highly cohesive and collaborative relationships with other members of the team
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality concerning PAR’s and customer’s information
