Job DescriptionAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building and improving secure, scalable systems that power healthcare data exchange. You will design and develop cloud-based services that process large volumes of transactions reliably and efficiently. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical strategy, and help deliver meaningful solutions that improve how healthcare organizations connect and operate. Responsibilities
- Design and build cloud-based services using modern, scalable architectures such as microservices and event-driven systems
- Develop and maintain high-quality code using C#/.NET with a focus on performance, reliability, and readability
- Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing, code reviews, and deployments
- Implement infrastructure as code and monitoring solutions to ensure system health, visibility, and reliability
- Partner with data and AI teams to enhance systems with intelligent automation and anomaly detection
- Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and contribute to design decisions and best practices
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, working with distributed systems
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building and managing applications in AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Strong experience with C#/.NET, including asynchronous programming and performance optimization
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and infrastructure as code practices
- Experience building APIs, working with messaging systems, and using container technologies like Docker
- Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection, especially when working with sensitive information
