Summary:
In this role, you will leverage best practices and knowledge of business operations to improve products and services. You will solve complex technical challenges, introduce new perspectives on existing solutions, and contribute to scalable, high-quality software development. You will also guide and mentor team members while collaborating across teams to drive effective design and delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deliver, and debug software solutions. Implement complex features spanning multiple technology domains.
- Facilitate and lead story breakdown and backlog grooming sessions.
- Drive feature-level architecture and design discussions.
- Participate in product-level architecture and design sessions.
- Recommend improvements to development procedures and standards.
- Identify and communicate emerging technical trends and technologies.
- Mentor team members and support skill development within the group.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or similar preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience delivering enterprise solutions in large-scale distributed environments required.
- Strong experience with Angular, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS required.
- Experience in Agile environments with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) practices required.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other Platform as a Service (PaaS) technologies required.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful web services and application programming interfaces (APIs) required.
- Experience with Databricks or MS SQL for data processing, querying, and integration is highly preferred.
- Experience with Sigma Computing or similar analytics/BI tools is preferred.
- Experience with web design and front-end development best practices.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
