Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Manager
In this role, you will:
- Participate in a variety of functions within the digital environment
- Identify opportunity for digital business plans, programs and initiatives within scope of responsibilities
- Review and analyze basic content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management
- Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
- Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the on digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with digital consultants and managers on more complex digital initiatives, including internal/external customers if applicable
- 2+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Configure and manage SKAN.AI projects for process discovery using recordings, event logs, and clickstream data
- Analyze process flows, variants, rework, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies to identify improvement opportunities
- Build and interpret process models, heatmaps, root-cause insights, and conformance analysis
- Perform volume, time, effort, and variation analysis to support business cases and prioritization
- Identify and qualify automation and AI opportunities (RPA, rules-based automation, agentic AI)
- Support Observe-to-Agent (O2A) journeys by translating discovery insights into automation-ready requirements
- Partner with automation, AI, and delivery teams to ensure accurate handoff of insights and documentation
- Track and report automation potential, benefits, and realization assumptions
- Work closely with business SMEs, operations teams, and transformation leads to understand process context
- Present insights, findings, and recommendations in clear, executive-ready formats
- Support multiple initiatives concurrently while meeting delivery timelines and quality expectations
- Contribute to weekly/monthly status updates for SKAN engagements as required (e.g., O2A programs)
- Participate in SKAN office hours, trainings, and analyst enablement sessions to stay current on platform capabilities
- Maintain reusable analysis templates, best practices, and documentation standards
- Support onboarding of new processes and users onto the SKAN platform
- Collaborate with regional and US teams for consistent delivery standard
- 5+ years of overall experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience in process analysis, process intelligence, or operational analytics
- Hands-on experience with process mining / task mining / process discovery tools (SKAN.AI preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex process data
- Experience working with automation, RPA, or AI-driven transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience supporting Observe-to-Agent (O2A) or agent-led automation initiatives
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
- Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Excel-based analytics, or similar visualization/reporting platforms
- Prior experience working with distributed/global teams
- Process thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Data-driven decision making
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Strong documentation and storytelling skills
