In Incentive Engineering, we play a pivotal role in how Dojo incentivises our payments consultants and partners. We manage complex commission structures and invoicing operations, supporting both the UK and our growing international markets.
Our mission is to build resilient and evolvable systems that scale with our global growth. As a forward-thinking squad, we actively embrace AI and are continuously implementing it into our engineering and operational processes to drive efficiency and scale. You'll work closely with our Product Manager and Engineering Lead to deliver high-quality, impactful products that directly support the company’s commercial strategy.
What you will do...Work as part of a cross-functional product squad to deliver exciting commercial features and incentive structures for our partners and payments consultants
Ensure our platform's high reliability by contributing to improvements across the stack underpinning our microservices
Design and maintain well-documented APIs for cross-functional teams to consume, supporting our global incentivisation and invoicing journeys.
Contribute to more in-depth architectural decisions, including the continuous integration of AI into our operational processes
Ensure a high rate of delivery in an agile environment, whilst maintaining a high level of quality
Support developers of all experience levels and foster a collaborative and open culture
What you will bring
In-depth knowledge of .NET and willingness to coach others
A real plus would be experience working with front-end frameworks such as React within a full-stack context
Familiarity with AI/ML integration, specifically using tools like Vertex AI to solve operational challenges
Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably GCP
Experience working with Microservices architectures and event-driven systems
Knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies
