- Analyze software requirements to assess design feasibility within time and cost constraints.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate the interface between systems and software, alongside operational and performance requirements of the overall system.
- Consult with internal stakeholders regarding the maintenance of the software system.
- Help coordinate the software rollout process
- Build responsive, accessible interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React).
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to refine user flows and interactions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system using tools like Storybook or Figma tokens.
- Conduct usability testing and accessibility audits.
- Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to iterate on UI solutions.
- Architect scalable UI patterns and reusable components.
- Develop and uphold Standard Operating Procedures while continuously seeking innovative solutions to improve processes.
- Explore how UI can foster belonging, autonomy, and purpose in user experiences.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proficient in T-SQL.
- Familiar with frameworks like React, Angular, and DevExpress.
- Knowledge of state management tools (e.g., Redux, MobX, Context API).
- Experience with unit and integration testing (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Knowledge of end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in lazy loading, code splitting, and DOM performance tuning.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG compliance).
- Experience with Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Experience in building and maintaining component libraries.
- Familiarity with mobile-first development and cross-browser compatibility.
- 3-5+ years of programming experience in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET web-based platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/front-end development.
- 2+ years of T-SQL experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks - React preferred.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and performance tuning.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms.
- Design, code, and test application components within the .NET Framework and C# language.
- Experience with Visual Studio Code (2017+) and code repositories, especially Git.
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development, particularly SCRUM.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
