Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead an agile team, develop cutting-edge software, collaborate on requirements, deliver high-quality user stories, create technology plans, improve processes, align cross-functional activities, ensure product quality, engage experts, apply SDLC methodologies, write high-standard code, optimize performance, and share information effectively.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with advanced experience.
Business Acumen:
Demonstrates initiative to explore alternate technologies and approaches to solving problems. Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements, and estimating efforts. Ability to analyze the impact of technology choices.
Leadership:
Ability to take ownership of small and medium-sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members. Ensures understanding of issues and presents clear rationale. Must Have Skills:
• .Net Core
• Client-side (Any client side script, preferably JavaScript) - To be expert
• Skills: Knowledge of deep learning techniques and neural network architectures. Understanding of AI model interpretability and explainability techniques.
• Database Skills: experience with SQL and NoSQL query languages. Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Familiarity with database monitoring and logging tools. Knowledge of distributed database systems and sharding techniques.
• Code Automation Skills (Unit Test, Integration Test, UI Automation)
• Cloud Experience: AWS Cloud Services: Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and IAM. Deployment and CI/CD: Experience with deploying applications on AWS and setting up CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or similar tools. Monitoring and Logging: Experience with AWS CloudWatch, AWS Config, and other monitoring and logging services.
• Docker Containerization: Experience with Docker for containerizing applications. Experience in creating and managing Dockerfiles. Experience with Kubernetes for managing containerized applications at scale.
• Monitoring and Logging Tools: Log Management: Experience with collecting, storing, and analyzing logs using Splunk or Prometheus or ELK Stack tools. Alerting and Notifications: Experience configuring alerts and notifications based on log and metric data. Familiarity with OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and monitoring.
Good to Have Skills:
• Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and automated workflows.
• Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• Knowledge of Artifactory for artifact management.
• Scripting skills in Groovy for Jenkins pipeline automation.
• Experience with load testing tools such as JMeter to simulate heavy loads on applications.
• Familiarity with Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) tools and practices.
• Experience implementing security best practices in software development lifecycle.
