We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications across the stack. The ideal candidate brings extensive software development experience, strong technical depth, and a passion for mentoring and elevating other engineers.
Our team solves real business problems using modern technology approaches. We embrace Agile principles and deliver work early and often, including frequent customer feedback sessions and weekly demo days. Engineers, product managers, and designers collaborate closely and hold themselves to high engineering standards. We leverage generative AI in prototyping and product development and are building meaningful AI agents—not unnecessary chatbots—among other innovations. Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable, and efficient platform spanning back-end persistence and compute, APIs, and web applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth and development
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and engineering practices
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of software development experience
Strong proficiency in at least one strongly typed language, with a willingness to work in TypeScript
Minimum 3 years of experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Extensive experience with back-end technologies, NoSQL and/or SQL databases, React, TypeScript, and Node.js
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers
Proficiency with AI-enabled software development and adaptability to evolving best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GraphQL
Knowledge of serverless architectures, event-driven systems, and microservices
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including AWS CDK
Experience building agentic AI solutions
Experience developing software for tax, accounting, or compliance-driven industries such as healthcare or finance
Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications
Experience in a technical leadership role

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $125,900 - $148,100. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents the compensation range for this position: $138,500 - $162,900. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $144,800 - $170,300. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
