Primary Responsibilities:
  • Data Architecture & Engineering
    • Design and optimize database architecture, data models, and schemas
    • Implement and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for large-scale data processing
  • Platform & Cloud Solutions
    • Develop and manage data solutions on PaaS and cloud ecosystems
    • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of data platforms
  • Data Quality & Compliance
    • Perform needs assessments and enforce strict data quality standards
    • Support compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Development & Deployment
    • Build and deploy optimized solutions using Big Data technologies
    • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts to deliver AI/ML-driven solutions
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Lead projects independently, manage technical deliveries, and mentor junior engineers
    • Drive knowledge-sharing sessions and capability development within the team
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage relationships with software/hardware vendors for architectural impact
    • Work closely with enterprise teams for requirement gathering and solution design

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and big data platforms (Data Engin...ring (DTA) | SharePoint)
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and PaaS solutions
    • Solid proficiency in SQL, Python, and Java
    • Expertise in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and data warehousing
    • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and ML Ops workflows
    • Familiarity with data warehousing, storage engineering, and analytics platforms
    • Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, Big Data frameworks, and cloud technologies
  • Data Management
    • Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and metadata management
    • Proven ability to implement data security, governance, and compliance standards
    • Proven to be skilled in building and automating data pipelines for batch and real-time processing
