What you’ll do:- Be a founding engineer in CDMX, building 0-1 features for Chunk - our latest and greatest offering for the AI era
- Integrate AI tools and agents into advanced developer workflows
- Operate, debug, and improve production systems for scale and reliability
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and U.S. teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Champion clean, maintainable code, observability, and operational excellence
- 5+ years building backend systems in production
- Experience with Go or Java (Go ramping supported)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and APIs
- Comfortable shipping features in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Curiosity, ownership, and a product-minded approach to engineering
Nice to have: CI/CD experience, AI/LLM integration, automation or developer tooling experience
