ABOUT US:

The Sports Media unit is responsible for delivering seamless data solutions for media partners, uncover valuable insights at scale, support the future of sports broadcasting, and ensure high data quality through constant monitoring and discrepancy detection.

 

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Design, build, test, and deploy cloud-native solutions used by our Enterprise Customers, supporting billions of calls per month with hundreds of millions of end users.
  • Work on an empowered cross-functional team with Product, Engineering, Design and DevOps to deliver on your team’s core mission.
  • Advocate and learn to optimize your team’s applications for maximum speed, scale, security, and maintainability through best practices.
  • Participate in Pull/Merge Request reviews.
  • Be a trusted member of your team, fostering a strong culture of collaboration and best practices in the software development lifecycle.

 

ABOUT YOU:
Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Back-end Developer in a professional software environment.
  • Proficiency in Golang or PHP.
  • Strong experience in system design and architecture, building scalable, maintainable, and reliable systems
  • Solid understanding of data-driven design, including RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory stores
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub, automation tools)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS (serverless or containers)

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Serverless Framework or Terraform).
  • Willingness to grow into advanced cloud and DevOps practices.
